Yes and no here, amazingly. I don’t like football (or “soccer” as the ignorant call it). But I really liked the empty roads in the next city when our team played. That city has a very big traffic problem, and currently has to cope with 150000 extra cars per day passing through.

11·4 days agoI see two issues here: get all that stuff into a stable orbit, which would be a way bigger job than building the ISS, which is one of the most expensive projects ever undertaken. Second, it would have to have massive radiators to get rid of the generated heat.
