Yes and no here, amazingly. I don’t like football (or “soccer” as the ignorant call it). But I really liked the empty roads in the next city when our team played. That city has a very big traffic problem, and currently has to cope with 150000 extra cars per day passing through.

No English person today calls it soccer. It’s football or in a worst case scenario association football.
