Does it follow the same rules as with Gaming PCs? So +15% print speed?

Hmm doesn’t look like the LEDs are synced with the gcode, 6/10 😁

You didn’t really have a 3D printer setup until its various lights were being driven by a DMX512 rig.

Oh that’s right. The direction pins can also control the light settings!

Only way this is heresy is you left the lights on default.

You’re supposed to change the rainbow vomit pattern to something more nauseating. (or whatever you enjoy. It’s your printer.)

Ugh…RBG lights are not a “gamer thing”, its a child thing. Grown people are gamers too, they (the ones in my circle at least) don’t have RGB lights in anything anymore. We all did when we were kids 20 years ago though.

Yeah once I reached adulthood I definitely preferred to see the world in black and white. Color is just juvenile.

Yes bright flashing RGB lights are generally a juvenile thing…

Just because you become an adult doesn’t mean you have to stop having fun and doing fun things. Becoming an adult means you can do whatever you want and not give a s*** what others think.

This is exactly why I did it. Also the RGB led strip costs 4 euros here at the Action. Imagine if AliExpress had a physical store, that’s that.

Do you have a list of approved activities that we are allowed to enjoy into adulthood? I’m afraid some of the aspects of life that bring me joy may not be mature enough. What other things should I stop enjoying based on age?

Actually it’s pretty decent. I do need to install part cooling fans but haven’t done that.

I was trying to use an aquarium pump with blunt needles as part cooling but I find it’s too much hassle.
