For me it helps speaking other languages, because once you do it no longer matter whether each sound has it’s own letter. Every language, afaik, has a unique sound while all languages I know share the Latin alphabet which really makes it a lot easier to learn that language. I don’t think life would improve if each sound had an exclusive letter.
But what if i want a keese sandwick? Or are we keeping the k and just ditcing ch?
Well, yeah, you need the “k” for the sounds it currently has. How else will you have kites or air konditioning?
