Absolutely not. My cat violently rubs his cheeks on me and rams me with his forehead in attempts to kill me. At night he tries to strangle me and holds me down. He even tries to claw me to death from under the bathroom door when I’m in there then acts like he’s done nothing when I get out.
It was an open question. I’ve seen a good amount of owners of animals where the animal seemed to be more in a forced captivity aka they’re bolting out that door whenever they get a chance and not coming back.
