8 days agoI own a new 2026 OLED LG tv and these privacy implications is why I never connected it to the internet. Laptop + Apple TV is more than enough.

It’s like when I go to vendor halls at conventions and half the vendors are repackaged aliexpress/temu items
Just get a regular TV and don’t connect it to internet. Get separate streaming unit instead like Apple TV.
