2 days agoAt first I wasn’t sure if they were suing the (now) dead guy from https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2026/07/lawsuit-grok-user-made-7k-child-sex-images-xai-only-reported-one-gang-rape-prompt/ but I think that one was in Wyoming per the legal docs. Grok has certainly been busy generating CSAM.
