The content host blocks IPs based on reputation (VPN exits are well-known) but so many people have done the exit through a VPS that those IP blocks are poisoned and could go at any moment. A true residential IP can’t be blocked because those are legitimate customers
TorGuard’s exit nodes are only in the US, so doesn’t solve the problem OxyLabs seems to block Streaming in their TOS BrightData doesn’t block streaming, so I’ll dig into that one. Thanks for the suggestion!
IMO, Tor should be reserved for escaping repressive regimes and avoiding nation-state level content blocks. Plugging up the network with baseball streaming doesn’t seem like a fair or reasonable use of public resources
Two options for you:
NEOS (New England over shoes). Think of them as waterproof socks over your normal shoes / boots. I’ve worn mine over my leather moccasins house slippers. I’ve had my pair for over a decade in a cold / wet / northern climate and they’re beat up but still waterproof
XTRATUF rubber boots. Particularly if it’s not super cold. I have a pair that go to my knees for working in the mud and muck, but I used them while snow blowing last year and they were dry, grippy and warm

It’s also 180K for a 15-20 year refresh cycle. These are commercial units that are used in harsh environments… not a cabinet you buy once and it sits in your bedroom.
Add in wiring plus the install costs and $180K seems like a good deal
