Could be, I’m no expert. It’s a lot more green that it appears in the picture, and closest matches I found were agates. Is fossilized coral very hard? It didn’t wear down as fast as the quartz in the same batch.
The post might have been deleted. You can still see a community even if you’re banned.
Edit: Nevermind, looks like all the communities moderated by that dev have been removed:

No problem.
It’s too bad because it’s perfectly fine for instances, and I suppose apps, to cater their experience. Beehaw was open about their intentions from the beginning and as far as I know, no one gives them shit.
The lack of clear guidelines on who or what gets banned and the near obfuscation of what was being banned made this so much more than it had to be.
Try using more of the banned words, like ACAB and Perchance.
Or try asking directly. The dev posted a
tantrumexplanation here: https://lemmy.today/post/57096701
Here it is, I don’t see you on it.
A very cool rock.

Cool Rocks@lemmy.today•Dalmatian stone (also called Dalmatian jasper)English
2·13 days agoYou can get bags of mixed rocks for tumbling (but you don’t have to tumble them) for pretty cheap. If you search “rocks for tumbling” you can find tons of suppliers. I find it cheaper and better to get them directly from suppliers. Most companies that make rock tumblers also sell rocks.
It’s totally our fault. Our forest and wildfire management is shit.
Just one of the bullshit things we did:
Canada has a policy where lumber companies have to plant enough trees to replace, factoring in natural death, all the trees they log. However, some species of tree are worth more money than others. So they cut down diverse forests to plant one, maybe two species: pine and spruce.
Thing is, there are pine beetles and there are spruce beetles that kill the trees by burrowing holes through the bark. They suddenly had a whole lot more of their favorite trees so there were suddenly a whole lot more beetles. Big sections of forests died at once with the beetles then so overpopulated they spread to healthier, more diverse sections of the forest to kill the pine and spruce there, too.
You can guess what happens to a forest full of dead wood.

Cool Rocks@lemmy.today•It's not hand-held but still cool. Bonanaza Falls in Michigan's upper peninsulaEnglish
2·13 days agoThat reminds me of Granite Falls in BC, where there are little pools going all the way up the wall of a waterfall. The water is ice-cold but the pools are warm in the summer, and not very busy because you can only get there by boat.

It’s like a mini, aesthetic mountain. The blue is so blue.

Technology@lemmy.world•Exposed: The Alleged Crypto Entrepreneur Who Owns The Popular Forum LeakedBB Where ‘Leaked’ Nudes of Women are being posted and tradedEnglish
8·15 days agoIn LeakedBB’s early days, it had sections for other types of “leaked” content such as computer programmes and eBooks. But within months, the forum’s discussions were almost exclusively about pornographic images and videos that members claimed had been leaked – implying that it was non-consensual, hacked or stolen content.
Not only that, but they actively encouraged non-con nudes and leaked footage.
I love the texture and shape. Looks like it would be fun to fidget with.

It looks like a little dragon egg. Very cool.
