Most I’ve seen is places being sticklers about making sure you tag/label your post language correctly, but most places don’t seem to worry about forcing you to use single language, so you’re fine for the most part. People can quickly translate stuff nowadays on phones.

It does happen though. For example, some of the Canadian communities have a mixture of French and English languages while others are French ONLY and you can’t speak English in them. Some are English only. Depends entirely on the community and where they are located. It’s not that common tho
