Some places do have it split out, so pto and sick days are seperate, just really heavily depends on the company because there aren’t any regulations about it.

Assuming you get any or have any left, yeah. That or you can take unpaid time off. Though some places frown on that as well.

Some jobs have zero pto! Its not required federally, and most states dont have regulations about it afaik.

It looks heavily edited, based on her top being nearly as pale as she is when it almost certainly shouldn’t be, and the fact that I’m very likely the same color.

The good news is if you are that pale, laying in the sun -being an activity you don’t do often- is actually pretty uncomfortable. And doing nothing else while laying in the discomfort doesnt last long because how boring (unless you fall asleep I suppose). If you are the sort who can just do sunbathing, you probably aren’t the sort to be casper white.

I so would too! Ive touched little rays and young sturgeon, both of which are scale-less, and they are super soft, like wet velvet, so that big gross booger monster of a slug might actually be tactilely pleasing!

Not like a fuzzy snuggler, though. And probably not warm.

Have to be a giant woman or like an elephant or hippo or something, these things are HUGE, and somehow substantially more offputting out of water!
