Beat me to it. I will also add that this will not show the instance of users on the same instance as you. You will have to deduce that, when this is checked on, if you see no instance that the user is on your instance
Actually I tested this, and it has changed. You can even show instances for everyone.
Yea, I corrected my comment. There used to be a time when my comment was true but they updated it. I used to have this same problem when I first downloaded Summit.
SUMMIT IS AMAZING the customization of the UI IS MIND BLOWING
TO HELL WITH REDDIT, THAT… I don’t know if I can curse here.
I have to apologize that I didn’t figure this out on my own, I even used the search and then asked google’s Gemini and it told me summit doesn’t have that feature, but thankfully I always double check.
Ideally that would apply to the community list in the left drawer nav as well. As of now it only shows instance for communities where you have multiple with the same name.
Summit can do that yes

When I started using summit a bit over a year ago that was pretty much the first thing I noticed, complained about under an unrelated update release note, and idunnolulz fixed it next update.
Almost forgot about it.
Cool. I love using Summit.

Yes you can curse. Unless you’re on .ml which has weird ineffective slur filters straight from the 90s.
