    Well, yes. Countries had an agreement, and some of them broke it unilaterally. How Russia is to pay back for that is the open question.

      How do you feel about the US unilaterally breaking their agreements with Iran? Or about Isreal breaking their agreements with Lebanon? Just curious

      You’re right, there were Minsk 1 and Minsk 2 agreements, both of which the West broke. How Russia will pay back for everything the West has done since the fall of USSR really is an open question.

      LMBO! Yeah its Russia that needs to pay back the west for their imperialism, proxy wars, and NAziTO expansionism. Of Course! it makes perfect sense!

        Here I am using the 2nd meaning.
