    If this is biggest danger of Antartica, book me a flight.

    But then there is the obligation of preemptive apendectomy in order to go to Antarctica. And I try to avoid being stabed to life as I can possibly manage.

        If that is what it takes to have my devices hacked and installed with Linux by penguins, that is a risk I’m willing to take.

      Pretty sure that requirement is slightly overblown, just don’t travel near the winter months and you’re likely fine.

        Also, afaik, it only applies to the doctors, because if someone else gets appendicitis, the doctor can remove it. And while a non-zero number of doctors have removed their own appendix, it’s not really medically recommended.
