That doesn’t answer my question. What makes the evidence absolute? From what I’ve heard the investigation was far from thorough and there’s reasonable suspicion that the husband committed the act. I’m not saying that is what happened, I’m asking what makes you so sure it’s not
I’m not really following the case closely, but what I understand is that it’s pretty clear cut that she murdered her children. IIRC, the reason why TikTok white women are on her side is because the doctors “didn’t help her” even though they were trying everything. Yet, she still lost it and murdered them. Definitely not an accident either - strangulation with some kind of rope IIRC
I’m also not following closely but I know that the strangulation method was with exercise bands and there’s a documented history of post partum depression and there’s question if it was being properly attended. I haven’t seen anything that makes anything clear cut

I don’t think there’s any dispute she killed them, its a question of culpability, whether she actually knew what she was doing.
