I use Baikal for caldav contacts but this doesn’t have to integrate. That might be nice though.
Monica and Meercat CRM are decent options.
If you’re okay with something lightweight (android app, no server, no syncing, just your contacts + regular reminders), then Tend is nice.

I just started out testing Monica. The setup using docker was straightforward and so far I like it.
