True but it’s one that’s usually handled and checked by technical people. Which is probably why they put it in the technical requirements checklist, now that you’re saying it.
Nah. Technical people are not responsible for a corporation’s legal requirements (unless they’re lawyers on the payroll of course), unless the company is ran by morons … which is likely, in your defense.
Idk if that’s the actual justification behind it, but IIRC, not showing other platforms logos is just a technical requirement.
