      I’m not wrong. Border guards do not need a search warrant. The law is very clear on this.

        I should’ve specified. I mean’t you are wrong on what he is being charged with, not that border patrol can search without warrants.

          This guy is in a heap of trouble. He should have consulted a lawyer way before encountering border officials so he knew his rights and the law.
